Merchants using our "Auto Point" feature may have been impacted by this outage. During this time our Receipt Services was operating in a degraded state and as as result, our Auto Point feature may have failed, causing all transactions to require manually inputting points to customer profiles.
We have since resolved this and all systems are functioning as intended.
