There will be scheduled server downtime for our backend infrastructure migration on the morning of January 27th from 12:01 AM - 3:00 AM Pt (Thursday Morning)
During this time, you will not be able to access your Fivestars Loyalty and Pay dashboards and/or use your in-store devices. Further, consumers will also not be able to access the Fivestars websites, Consumer Mobile App and consumer online dashboard on https://www.fivestars.com/consumer/ .
